Ingredients

• 12 slices of high-quality smoked beef bresaola
• 6 fresh figs, halved
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons fig balsamic glaze
• Fresh mint leaves for garnish
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Figs:
1. Wash and halve the figs.
2. Heat honey in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add figs cut side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized.
4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5-6 minutes

Assemble the Rolls:
5. Wrap each fig half with a slice of smoked beef bresaola.
6. Repeat with the remaining figs and smoked beef bresaola.
Preparation Time: 3 minutes

Finish and Serve:
7. Arrange the rolls on a serving plate.
8. Drizzle with fig balsamic glaze.
9. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
10. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
