Ingredients
• 500 g peeled and cleaned shrimps
• 3 tablespoons chili-infused extra virgin olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 lemon (juice)
• Chopped fresh parsley
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the Oil:
1. Heat the chili-infused olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the Garlic:
2. Add the minced garlic and cook until golden.
Cook the Shrimp:
3. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque.
Add Lemon Juice:
4. Squeeze the lemon juice over the shrimp and mix well.
Season:
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot with a slice of lemon.
