Ingredients

  • 150 g Fresh Spinach
  • 50 g Shelled Walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 100 g Goat cheese, sliced or cubed
  • 1 Apple, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 2 Tablespoons Glaze With Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Fig Flavored
  • 3 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Salad:
1. Wash and dry the spinach.
2. Roughly chop the walnuts.
3. Cut the goat cheese into slices or cubes.
4. Thinly slice the apple, if using.

Assemble the Salad:
5. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, walnuts, goat cheese, and apple slices (if using).

Prepare the Dressing:
6. In a small bowl, whisk together the Glaze With Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Fig Flavored, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, and pepper.

Dress and Serve:
7. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
8. Serve as a light lunch or side salad.
