Ingredients
- 2 Ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 Cup Pitted olives Nocellara del Belice
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Dried oregano
- 3 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Combine Ingredients:
1. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, cucumber and Pitted Olives Nocellara del Belice.
Add Seasonings:
2. Add the chopped fresh basil and a sprinkle of dried oregano.
Dress the Salad:
3. Drizzle with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to taste.
Season and Mix:
4. Season with salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well.
Let Sit:
5. Let sit for a few minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
