Ingredients
• 400 g spaghetti con archetto
• 3 tablespoons truffle-infused extra virgin olive oil
• 1 garlic clove
• 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Cook the Spaghetti:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
Prepare the Garlic Oil:
2. Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat the truffle-infused olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook until golden, then remove the garlic.
Combine Pasta and Oil:
4. Drain the spaghetti and add them to the pan with the truffle-infused oil.
5. Mix well.
Add Cheese:
6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, and continue stirring until the cheese has melted and coated the spaghetti.
Season and Serve:
7. Season with black pepper to taste and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
8. Serve hot.
