Ingredients
• 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
• 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
• 1 teaspoon truffle salt
• 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
Pop the Corn:
1. Heat the olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium-high heat.
2. Add the popcorn kernels and cover with a lid. Shake the pot occasionally until the popping slows down.
Season:
3. Once all the kernels have popped, transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.
4. Sprinkle with truffle salt and toss to coat evenly. If desired, add grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
