Ingredients
• 200 g Rosemary sticks
• 200 g Greek yogurt (or plain natural yogurt, low-fat or soy)
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• Basil (or other herbs like parsley or chives)
• Salt
• Pepper
Instructions
Prepare the Dip:
1. Pour the yogurt into a bowl.
2. Add the chopped basil, salt, and pepper, and season with lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, and vinegar (if using).
3. Mix well to combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Serve:
